Halo 3 side-war signups

Yup, I guess we're trying this again at community appeal.


This will be handled much like a normal war. However, leaders from each side will "draft" all players from a pool to ensure equality.

We will use FC gametypes and maps from previous Halo 3 wars (if I can find them), and we will have a fairly generic WARMAP but a WARMAP nonetheless. It will be dumbed down compared to its Halo 4 and titanfall counterpart for ease and to keep the war quick.

In H3, at least for the second half, we used default maps, so nothing complicated there. I have most gametypes saved still, and any I'm missing, I'm sure someone else has.
