Destiny Raid: Fireteam Building Thread

Destiny Fireteam Builder

Gentlemen,

I hope you are all enjoying Destiny as much as I am; addicted would be a good way to describe the way I have been feeling about the game, but that is besides the point. That being said, I am sure you are all aware of the fact that the much anticipated raid has been released. I have heard and read stories of how difficult this actually is, so in an attempt to facilitate the fireteam building process, I have decided to create this thread.

Unfortunately, raids are not playable through matchmaking, meaning you have to get a lobby of six players in order to attempt the the challenge. I am trying to get a team of six players (level 26 and higher) to attempt this raid within the next few days.

Some things I have read about the raid thus far:
-It is designed to be completed in more than one seating. Meaning your progress will be saved via the fireteam leader.
-According to Bungie, attempting this at a level lower than 26 would be "foolish".
-No waypoints. You will have to figure everything out on your own.
-A team of tester (highly skilled according to Bungie), were put on the raid and it took them 14 hours to complete
-You have a week to complete the raid, if you do not complete the raid, you will get no loot
-Complete the raid and you will get legendary gear FOSHO!

Again, I am trying to facilitate the fireteam building process. Depending on how many people want to participate, we could even build a few fireteams and compete to see which team completes the raid first. We will assign someone the role of fireteam leader and we can take it from there. If you would like to play with some FC members, please post your GT below. We can discuss the fireteams later on.
