Bootcamp Forms are to to be filled out and posted in this thread after the completion of any bootcamp for FC Records. This is to ensure accuracy in the army rosters and show proof of a Recruit's successful completion in the event of a disputed enlistment.

*This thread is only to be used by Drill Instructors.
