    Borderlands

Considering that the game's three years old, I'm a little late on "discovering" it, but it's damn good. Like......second best game I've ever played. Discuss.

The game can really drag you into playing. I got it for the PC over Steam for $7.50 with all DLC and a pass to the Duke Nukem Beta.
You want me to put a microphone in?
    No. Fuck you.
Story behind me and not using microphones on XBL.
    • Original Xbox: The clip kept breaking when I am not rough. And wires.
    • Xbox 360: Fucking wires fuck up. Screw it. I am not using/buying another one.

    Yes.

Me, Al Capone, Fiery Grave and whoever else was there at the time pretty much ran that game. we all shared in our loot all had different roles and we each have our own signature guns.

    Loco: The Chopper
    Al: Grenade (barrage) launcher
Fiery: Serpents or some other crazy gun (I forget the name)

So much fun. Cant wait for numero 2

No, I am one of those people. I got extremely bored of the game. It was alright, I suppose, for a FPS.

The game did make me realize that I need a story to keep me interested.

    Re: Borderlands

Yeah I feel you two there, Borderlands followed the bulletstorm meme of "If we can't get creative with our stories, let's make them funny as shit. That way we can totally say the uncreativity was just part of the humor or something..."

But the gameplay soooooo makes up for the story. I myself get extremely lucky with finding good guns in the wild.

Atm I have a (for those here that understand borderlands stats)

Support Ogre with a 60 bullet magazine, 125 damage, 4x Explosive element attatchment, and 86.7 % accuracy.

A Triple Helix Rocket launcher that does well over 2000 (too lazy to do the multiplication) that does 4x corrosive damage, and a 2x zoom. Ah, and I can fire it about 16 times straight without having to reload it.

Desert Cobra (It's purple ) with 115 damage, 16 bullet mag, 98.3% accuracy, and fires in two bullet bursts.

Sledge's Shotgun (Still, because it's badass. In all honesty I've just yet to find a good enough replacement.)

I've been breezing past the campaign, just found the vault.....and now I have no idea where to go. Out of the thirty something places in the damn game i've found: 12.

Btw, for veterans of the game, where do I go next? I know there's dlc for it and I have it, but how do I aces it?

    Re: Borderlands

once you find the vault you can start "Play-through 2"

"Play-through 2" is the exact same thing however you can find better guns and you fight harder enemies.I would suggest that you play "Play-through 2" with 3 or 4 people.
