Well some people wanted a return of a Writing Interactive, so I present to you one. The Interactive's plot remains loose, REDD is on a return to Reach, recently lost to the Brotherhood. After a swift victory in Space, REDD soldiers and equipment by the ship-load began to lower to the surface into key valleys and settlements secured by REDD SpecOps forces. However, BLUE still controls most of the terraformed Reach, including most roads, supply routes, and cities. Where will your character be and how will they affect the War? That's where you come in.

Name:Jacob Hogg

Rank: Gunnery Sergeant

Appearance: Short Medium Brown hair, built like a linebacker. Deep brown eyes.

Personality: Easy going, always cracking jokes or making wise-craking comments. Only serious when something is troubling him

History: Father was a Bodybuilder, and his mother was a track runner. Having been physically active since a young age, Jacob's body now showed for it. At the age of 18, Jacob was scouted for the Spartan IV project. He made it through the cuts, and was assigned to a division. From his enlistment to about age 22, Jacob was on the front lines of the conflicts between the Imperials and the Brotherhood, taking many a life with his MA5B and Magnum, both personalized by having his last name engraved on the barrel.

Now at 25, Jacob has been promoted up to Gunnery Sergeant, and is leading a squad of 4 other Brotherhood Marines. His squad is currently being deployed to Reach, where news of the Swift REDD attack has spread across Battlenets.

Name: Serge Nocte

Faction (REDD or BLUE): R.E.D.D.

Soldier Class (Infantry, Marksman, Sniper, etc.): Guerilla/CQC

Rank: Sergeant Major

Appearance: Average build, dark brown hair, silvery blue eyes. Shorter then most other Royal Enforcer Spartans. Sports a modified version of his father's SPI Armor.

Personality: In combat he is next to invisible, he stalks his enemies and attacks only when he can get in and out quickly without anyone even knowing he was there.

History: Serge was adopted at a young age, his father was one of the few surviving Spartan III's that weren't killed on one mission, nor was he put into the secret HeadHunter program. Serge growing up had a problem of always being smaller then his peers. He was often picked on in school, and his father was quick to begin teaching Serge on how beneficial being smaller then most people could be.

When Serge was of age his father had him enlist in the Royal Enforcer's, on his first tour of duty to a Halo ring which the Brotherhood and Imperials were fighting over he was promoted to the rank of Sergeant after his CO was killed and Serge started giving orders. His actions ended up saving the Major who was the CO of the Imperial ground forces, who after looking into Serge's file discovered his father was a Spartan III and immediately transferred him to R.E.D.D.'s new Spartan program. Upon returning home to his father he found that his father had been killed by a Brotherhood attack on the planet. The Imperial's had successfully defended the planet, but many civilian lives had been lost.

When going through his father's things, he discovered a keycard. He immediately knew what it was to, because his father always pointed to a chest in their living room saying. "Some day it'll be yours." In the chest Serge found his father's SPI armor along with several modifications, that his father never had the tech to make happen. Serge was quick to take it to the tech's working on the Spartan IV's armor and they approved making the modifications, even though they wondered on why Serge wanted to use such an outdated model of armor.

Anywhere from Private to Field Marshal. However, I'd hope there are more Enlisted ranks, because it's almost nilch that you'd see say a General actually IN combat.

Name: Rune "Ninja" Dolhan.

Personality: Silent, Deadly, Cleaver, Leader.
History: Anything before enlistment, is unknown or classified. Harvest, Reach, Earth. Trained and received Spartan II status. After Reach, trained and laid low as an ODST. After the war, was put to cryo status. During the recolonization act, was sent to reach. During the UNSC spilt, was forced to fight with BLUE for his talents. After escaping during peace time, joined REDD. While in REDD served in the navy as a fleet commander, eventually making his way to Admiral.

Name: Jason "LUCK" Miller

Soldier Class (Infantry, Marksman, Sniper, etc.): Primary- Heavy Weapons, Secondary- C.Q.B.

Appearance:

Personality: Friendly and cooperative with allies, Intellectual and calculating on the battlefield.
History: Jason was once just an average soldier for Firesnakes(Can we use real units?) squad within REDD. He assisted in the destruction of many rebel anti-crusier batteries and other high priority targets. After one mission went bad he was separated from his squad. For eight days he was stalked and hunted down by a BLUE Zealot Elite group. Eventually they caught up to him, in order to survive he had to engage them one at a time. During combat with the last Zealot he lost his right arm to his opponents Energy Sword, it has since been replaced with a synthetic arm. Over his career he has been awarded many achievements for his acts of courage and leadership. Jason is an expert with explosives and C.Q.B. combat.
