Loco's custom RPG scale (forgot about this!!)

no no no shady you have it all wrong, he gains more exp, for bigger use of words, i guess he really wants to lv up, and once he dose he will be a expert at speech craft, the lvs go in order like this

the 1st lv is a apprentice
the 2nd is Journyman
the 3rd is expert
and 4th is master

well im almost a Journyman of Trash talk, but i very rarly get into fights with people so little exp is erned
