I'm terribly sorry about the mishaps in my report. ICC technicians have been working on the issue since we first released said information, but we can't seem to find the source of the problem. If anyone could shed some light on this strange subject, ICC would very much be willing to trade for your services with an interview!

Is it possible that your company employs Brotherhood followers? Or anybody who may be biased towards either faction?

ICC maintains a policy of hiring politically neutral workers for it's offices. This is most likely an outside source tampering with ICC data servers. I don't know who would want to target ICC, however.
