This is a simple notice to everyone that from now on anyone who wishes to host an event or contest where vCash will be the reward needs to get permission first. All you need do is PM me or another member of High Command; we will check out your contest and more specifically your prizes to see if they are reasonable and if they are we will send you on your way. If not, we will adjust your prizes to a reasonable level unless you provide us with an alternative list of vCash prize levels. Once you have our approval, simply state that you've gotten the permission of 'So-and-So' and that will be good enough for us. That is all.
