      . Even if its the exact same thing as normal.spartan loadouts

      If there was a way to truly balance out Elites and Spartans like in Halo 3, I'd be for it.

      However, there are changes in health and shield regeneration, making it unfair if we put Elites in the same playspace as Spartans.

      Therefore, I vote nay.
