I'll try to get you dates of the beginning and end battles for you from my Halo 3 Customs History. I already fixed the date for FC2 ending xD I'll look for the Last Resort battle to end FC1. Coolio was Field Marshal for Blue, I think Raz was Field Marshal for Red, although I was new and I didn't know much about Red at the time, everyone was a new face.
