We didn't have one because we were in peacetime throughout most of that time, but since January and February was a time of war I think a MoH it fitting for those months.

I think there are a few people with wrong colors... I just noticed I put Victor/Anarchy as blue twice, which I just fixed. There might be a few others as well. xD
