Yes it is CPU vs CPU so it is completely random. They put them both on the hardest difficulty (not sure what it is) and have them face each other. As far as you can you can give a few suggestions or you can let them do whatever they want. The ones so far, they based off of our usernames. Since my name has Chill in it he made it more ice warrior looking
