I'm staying optimistic: this is all just in specific playlists and can be customized for custom games. I expect different playlists to have different settings.

Just like how now, there are some TU playlists, some Anniversary playlists, and you can play non-TU. You can play regular playlists, MLG, Arena, etc.

I expect this to be in specific playlists, while other playlists will have different settings.

343i has already shown they like to cater to what different groups of people want, so I doubt they'd suddenly change and make this universal.

Some of that stuff looks pretty cool. But some of it... Not so much. But, it's not even in beta yet. So, none of it is final yet

Boy I sure hope they don't ruin Halo. I like that it is not like COD or MW. That's why I play it. I think they are trying to fix something that's not broken.
