Visitor Messages

For some reason, I no longer have the ability to post visitor messages. I don't know if this is an odd glitch, or if there is reason to it. If someone could fix this, or at least explain the reason why this happened, it would be greatly appreciated.

Some people have it so you cant post a visitor message on their profile. Check to see if it is that certain person first.
