Camo is an armor ability amigo. Feel free to give him something thats not redundant, for equipment.

Equipment:A miniaturized XGBU-302 4000 lb Experimental Guided Bomb Unit that can disable all electronics within a 0.8 mile radius, However it also disables any spartans shield, armor abilities, targeting, sensors, trackers, and other electronics, until they leave the effect area.

Either make it a deployable (and destroyable) pylon that has to be set up, decrease the range. Or revise it so the thing doesnt fuck everything, ever.

Equipment- fire gernade from halo 3 when touches the ground, bursts into flames with little pockets of oil that sprays over like the Greek fire in miedevil times. Just only in a gernade form
And the radar jammer, jams radars, comms, and equipment a little bit. Makes your screen fuzzy like when cortana was messin up xD

Well I didn't think it would be too bad considering the disruption bomb basically disabled the spartan, and his team, but it has been nerfed. tell me if it needs further nerfing. Also, i edited the name, since i noticed that some parts of it from the copy pasted "official name" didn't make sense, like the whole 4000 lbs part. It's miniaturized, so it would weigh much less.
