I have from now, until the begging of summer; to build a computer. After that I work all summer do I can afford a small place. The $400 graphics card is fine, if I can get both monitors for around $300 I am fine.

I updated the list with parts that graphics card takes up a lot of budget and those monitors. The list doesn't include a disk tray, hard drive, power supply, and case. Obviously this goes above your budget, and my suggestion would to get a cheaper graphic card and taking a quad core cpu rather than a 6 core, and by doing that I could get a cheaper motherboard. Another way is to use your current hard drive of your computer. How big is the hardrive?

I was also wondering if you could complete the list, this would be my first built computer, I want it to be good, and last. I have you and another buddy helping me. I thank you a lot.

I saw that, I need the rest of what I listed to budget, and crunch what I need to make every month.
