as someone who has mastered yoshimitsu and dampierre, i can promise you yoshimitsu has 3x the amount of moves that hurt himself, a stance that hurts himself, a grab that hurts himself, and 3 counter moves that hurt himself, all doing at least 4x the damage and self hurt move that dampierre would use.
