Are you referring to the effects or the emblems on their armor?

As far as effects go, they mostly just take time. And for the emblems, the Spartans in your sig are facing generally forward, as are their emblems. The two visible ones in the banner (the grunt and the skull) are at a pretty significant angle (especially the skull one). Getting each Army emblem and twisting it to replace the ones in the banner realistically would be tricky. Possible yes, just challenging.

That being said I'm sure I know far less about PS than Mede, so there may in fact be a tool for exactly these purposes that I have simply never noticed but who knows :P

I'm pretty sure Mede has done more challenging things than placing emblems onto Armor xD REDD one could go on the Grunt and BLUE one could go over the Eagle on his chest.
